ARK’s New Fire Door Business Segment Is Launched!

Based on nearly 20 years of experience in container and modular building design, ARK has decided to expand its product portfolio and open up a brand-new fire door business segment in order to further enhance the safety of residential buildings and meet the diverse needs of customers in different regions around the world.

Unlike most fire doors on the market, the steel panels of our fire doors are made of magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated plates with high corrosion resistance. Its advantages are as follows:

1. Long service life. Ordinary steel fire doors tend to age relatively quickly over time. However, magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel fire doors have high corrosion resistance, and the coatings on the steel panels are hard and have excellent damage resistance.

2. High corrosion resistance achieved. Compared with ordinary steel fire doors, under the same coating conditions, the corrosion resistance of magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel doors is more than 5 to 10 times that of galvanized steel doors. In addition, the cut sections have the ability of self-healing in terms of corrosion resistance. Therefore, the steel doors will not rust even when bumped or worn.

3. Maintenance costs are reduced and overall costs are lowered. Due to its high corrosion resistance, the steel doors are not easily corroded during use, which greatly reduces the maintenance frequency and costs, thus lowering the overall costs.

With a service life of up to 15 years, it can safeguard the safety of users for a longer period and reduce the cost input for fire door maintenance at the same time. Our products comply with international certifications such as the Chinese National Standard (GB), the European Standard (CE), and the American Standard (UL). They are mainly used in prefabricated mobile houses, container houses, as well as in residential, commercial and industrial fields.
